Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at ed20nismo1@yahoo.com. Returns must be sent to: 220 Whispering Hills Dr, Locust, NC 28097. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, or perishable goods.

Exchanges Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
